Hi Paul and Travis – I received your flyer at the CMU Volunteer Fair held last month. Our office is currently are struggling with a few technology issues and would greatly appreciate any help you may be able to offer! Our entire office is wireless, and each of our eight staff members work on laptops. We do not share a common network; however, we all connect to the same printer. Recently, we have had difficulty maintaining each computer's connection to the printer, and currently, only a few of our staff members are able to print! We have tried to reinstall our printer drivers and have reset our connection to the printer several times, but nothing seems to be working! Is there any possible way you can help us troubleshoot our printer issues? Thank you! Alexa New Program Assistant

Hi Paul Is it possible to send someone from STOC to Pittsburgh Cares again? One of our computers is having difficulty downloading anti-virus software, and we are worried it may be infected. Thank you so much we appreciate your help! Alexa
